"Jeremiah did such a great job with our knives and garden tools. Have used him several times and will continue to do so!!"

- Debra Otjen
"I had my big kitchen knife and 3 garden tools sharpened. He picked up the tools, did the job, and returned them promptly. I will be looking for more tools for him to sharpen. I was very pleased with the work done."

- Jennifer Miller
"I wish more businesses had the level of service and professionalism that Jeremiah provides. Yes, the sharpening is great, but it’s the not-so-little things like communication, scheduling, and invoicing that he excels at."

- Travis West

Frequently Asked Questions
-
How Should I Transport My Knives? If you plan on dropping off the knives, please wrap the blades in a towel or newspaper and then place them in a paper bag.
-
Methods of Payment?I accept cash, check, card, Cashapp, Bitcoin, or Venmo.
-
How far do you travel?I serve Tulsa, Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Sand Springs, Coweta, Glenpool, and Jenks. I am open to traveling further on a case by case basis.
-
Do I have to be home when you come? Not at all! A lot of folks just hide their knives on their porch. I'll send the invoice over text and you can pay online so you don't have to be home or even open the door.
-
How often should I get my knives sharpened? It's entirely up to you but most folks get their knives professionally sharpened every 3-6 months.
-
Do you have a shop?I am focused on serving Tulsans by offering mobile service so I generally travel house to house during the day. However if you live far away from Tulsa OK or would rather drop the knives off, you are welcome to contact me to set up a time to drop off your knives at my house in midtown Tulsa.
-
Does Same Day Sharpening use stone sharpening or machine sharpening?I use belt sharpeners with belts that go up to 15k grit cooler with water. I then finish on a leather strop for a mirrored edge. My priority is to minimize the amount of metal removed by matching the angle of the bevel down to the exact degree, thus getting the sharpest edge with the least removal of metal.
-
Can you sharpen this special knife/sword/machete I have? It's extremely rare that I come across a blade that I can't sharpen. If you want my advice, it's super helpful if you can send me a picture of your knife or item you would like sharpened just so I can see what I'm dealing with. I can sharpen 95% of straight-edge blades.
